Penguin manufactures Casing and Tubing Couplings, Tubing Nipples, Pup Joints, Perforated Pup Joints, X-Overs, Bull Plugs etc. All our API 5 CT accessories are manufactured from the highest quality seamless tubing & coupling stock procured from reputed API certified mills. In order to meet the demand from our customers for premium connections, we do have necessary resources and technology alliances in place with quality machine shops licensed to furnish premium connections. All Casing & Tubing accessories are subjected to rigorous quality control and in-house inspection process conforming to API Q1 & ISO-9001 standards and API 5 CT specifications. Penguin supplies complete range of Casing and Tubing Couplings with API round threads and Buttress threads.

Production Tubing Pup Joints

Pup Joints are used for adjusting the height of tubing or casing strings and the depth of downhole completion tools. Penguin manufactures Pup Joints in various OD sizes ranging from 2-3/8" to 4-1/2" nominal OD with standard wall thickness in 2 ft. to 15 ft. length configurations and in material grades J-55, K-55, L-80, N-80 and P-110.

Crossover Subs

Cross Over Subs are manufactured from premium solid steel bar roots in short lengths and are used to change the size, weight or thread type in a down hole production or completion string. These subs are available in various sizes ranging from 2-3/8" to 4-1/2" nominal OD with standard weight or heavy wall and in various grades (J-55, K-55, L-80, N-80, P-110 etc.) in any end size/connection combinations per customer specified requirements.
